Patrick Hayes, and his wife Judy, have given outstanding help to our church regarding military evangelism while representing Berean Armed Forces Ministries. They are people of excellent character and integrity, and have a sincere desire to work in the ministry of military evangelism.

I have known “Bro. Patrick” as a fellow laborer in the ministry and he has proven himself as a trustworthy servant of the Lord during that time. His sincerity and genuineness is such a blessing to see as he works to reach men & women in the military with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Dear Member of our United States Armed Forces,

This material has been given to you in appreciation for your service to our country and the churches of America.

The Apostle Paul once wrote to a young pastor named Timothy, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time." (1 Timothy 2:5-6) (esus Christ said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me." (John 14:6) Jesus Christ is the only Mediator between man and God, and He is the only Way to Heaven.

It is our prayer that you will take some time to search this material. Each article in the package directs your attention to the Lord Jesus Christ. The following items have been included in this packet.

1 . "The Gospel of Jesus Christ According to John and Romans" -This booklet shows man his need to be born again. The last three pages have answers to frequently asked questions about salvation.

2. "The Gospel" - This is an explanation of the "Good News". The Gospel message is certainly the greatest news in all the world.

3. Psalm 37 - A copy of this Psalm has been included to be a special encouragement to you.

4. A Printed Gospel Sermon - More sermons and commentaries have been written about Jesus Christ and His works than all other religious leaders of the world put together. John 2 1 :25 says, "And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, 1 suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen."

5. "A Table in the Presence" - This is a copy of an address given by Chaplain Carey H. Cash, USNR, to the National Conference on Ministry to the Armed Forces in December 2003, recounting how God miraculously protected a battalion of U. S. Marines as they fought in the streets of Baghdad in April 2003.
