Stanford Achievement Test Scores: The Stanford Achievement Test is among the nation’s oldest and most widely recognized nationally standardized test. Students in K5 – 11th grade on average score at or above the 85th percentile of all students taking the test nationally (50th percentile is the national average).

SAT Scores

An important factor that college admission officers consider are the student’s SAT scores. In the public school system in the state of Georgia, the average SAT score has remained at approximately 1450-1500 for many years. At FBCA, our scores are consistently well above average.

College Entrance Testing: The SAT test is given to all of our graduating class take either the SAT or the ACT. Along with the high standard of education offered at FBCA, students receive training in music, art, computer, and physical education. The phonics approach to reading is used in the elementary department.

Upper-level students, in conjunction with a strong, college preparatory course that includes choir, computer, and physical education, may also partake of electives such as physics, anatomy, trigonometry, and calculus.

The physical education training that students at FBCA receive meets all objectives for fitness and health required by the Administartion. FBCA also offers foreign language courses in our high school. Close to 300 students have graduated from FBCA since 1985. Many of these graduates have earned academic scholarships. Over 80% of FBCA graduates continue on to higher education with the majority of these attending Christian colleges and universities.

Students from FBCA score average to above average on the SAT and ACTcollege entrance exams. FBCA always strives for academic excellence at all levels.
